(Baonghean.vn) - In the propaganda orientation for July 2017, the Provincial Party Committee of the Bloc of State Agencies requested to focus on propaganda to effectively implement movements, contributing to the good performance of tasks of each agency and unit in the Bloc.

At the conference, delegates heard Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation announce the results of the 3rd Session of the 14th National Assembly.

After 1 month of urgent and serious work (from May 22 to June 21), the 3rd session of the 14th National Assembly ended successfully, completing the proposed program with many important contents on legislative work, deciding on important issues of the country and supreme supervision.

The National Assembly spent most of its time discussing and passing 12 laws and a number of resolutions. The National Assembly also considered and commented on 06 draft laws to complete the legal framework to fundamentally and thoroughly handle bad debts and weak credit institutions; strengthen and improve the effectiveness of complaint settlement; improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management, ensure safety, and meet the requirements of public debt management in the new situation; meet the increasingly high requirements for the forestry and fishery sectors; create unity and synchronization of the planning system from the central to local levels, contributing to optimizing the efficiency of using development resources to build the country...

The National Assembly considered and decided on important issues such as approving the state budget settlement, separating the recovery, compensation, support and resettlement of the Long Thanh International Airport Project into component projects, personnel work, and reviewing reports of agencies in the state apparatus.

The National Assembly conducted the supreme supervision on the topic of “implementation of policies and laws on food safety in the 2011-2016 period”. This is a very important supervision content, related to the current urgent food safety situation, which is of special interest to public opinion and voters.

Based on careful consideration, close adherence to reality, and careful analysis of pressing and prominent issues of social life that are of particular concern to voters, the National Assembly passed a Resolution on the National Assembly's supervisory program in 2018, and at the same time decided to establish a Supervisory Delegation to conduct thematic supervision selected by the National Assembly.

Accordingly, in addition to the contents of supreme supervision as prescribed, in 2018, the National Assembly will conduct supreme supervision on the topic "Implementation of policies and laws on management and use of state capital and assets at enterprises and equitization of state-owned enterprises in the 2011-2016 period" at the 5th session of the 14th National Assembly.

One of the outstanding results of the 3rd session was the renewed democratic atmosphere, moving from the previous speaking to debate in the parliament. National Assembly deputies showed enthusiasm, responsibility, and frankness in expressing their opinions and especially actively debated with members of the Government and other deputies to clarify limitations and weaknesses, determine responsibilities and get to the bottom of the problem.

The conference listened to the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee's Bloc of Agencies briefly announce the results of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc's official visit to Japan; and provide outstanding domestic and international news information in recent times.

Orienting the propaganda work in July 2017, the Party Committee of the Block requested reporters to focus on propagating the Resolution of the 5th Central Committee, Session XII; 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day; propagating the socio-economic results of the first 6 months of the year, the direction and tasks of the last 6 months of 2017, and well implementing emulation movements to contribute to the political tasks of each agency and unit in the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Block./.
