In Thai, Tat Dang Quai means buffalo nose waterfall. The waterfall is about 15 minutes through the forest from Bon village, Yen Na commune (Tuong Duong). The waterfall has 3 levels on the slope of Pu Con Nguoi mountain. The lower level is less than 10m high, the middle level is considered the most beautiful, about 30m high. The top level is said to be the residence of the "pa poc" couple, the name of a type of stream fish.

The upper level of the waterfall is graceful streams of water falling onto a carpet of green leaves.

The stream that forms the Tat Dang Quai waterfall is small but cooler than the water sources of other streams in the area. According to the local people, this stream also has many other waterfalls such as Mua waterfall (Pha Phon), Xao Va waterfall (Hai Muoi Sai Tay).

The bottom floor of Tat Dang Quai waterfall is hidden in a mountain cave like a solid shelter, the entrance is a natural stone gate covered with vines and moss, making it even more mysterious. At the foot of the small waterfall, there are rocks where you can sit and rest after climbing the mountain.

To get to the foot of the waterfall, you have to go through this gate. Under the arch of the gate is a small pool of water. According to the locals, during the rainy season, the water flows rapidly, making it difficult to get to the foot of the waterfall. After passing the first waterfall, you will reach the second level, which looks very poetic with graceful water streams falling on the green carpet of leaves.

Local people often come to admire the beauty of the waterfall.

According to Ms. Oc Thi Phong, in the summer, this place is often visited by people in Bon village and neighboring areas to "cool off", bathe in the stream, and have parties. Workers and civil servants in the commune and neighboring areas also come here on weekends and hot days.
