Accordingly, at around 2:00 p.m. on June 25, while anchored at the Thoi Lach boat anchorage port in Son Hai commune, Quynh Luu district, the fishing boat with registration number NA-90257-TS of fisherman Cao Xuan Huu (born in 1984) residing locally suddenly caught fire.

Upon discovering the incident, people nearby shouted and called for firefighting, however, because the ship was anchored in the middle of the dock, the fire broke out in the middle of the ship’s hold, making it difficult to put out the fire. In addition, the amount of oil on the ship was quite large, causing the fire to burn fiercely and could not be completely extinguished.
