(Baonghean.vn) - A fishing boat anchored at Lach Quen port, Quynh Thuan commune, Quynh Luu district suddenly sank, causing great property damage.

At around 7:20 a.m. on March 23, a ship sank at Lach Quen fishing port. Accordingly, the ship number 91881TS of Mr. Vu Quang Ngoc (born in 1977), residing in Hamlet 6, Son Hai Commune, Quynh Luu District, sank while anchored.

After receiving the information, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station sent officers and soldiers, along with a canoe to coordinate with fishermen to participate in the rescue and salvage some assets on the drifting ship.

Although the incident did not cause any human casualties, it damaged some machinery and fishing gear on the fishing boat, causing great property damage.

The case is currently being investigated by the authorities./.
