US destroyer leaves Black Sea after exercises with Ukraine
The US guided missile destroyer USS Carney leaves the Black Sea. A photo of the destroyer near the Turkish coast appeared on the Yoruk Isik twitter account.

The warship entered the Black Sea on January 5 and participated in joint training with the Ukrainian Navy on January 12. The purpose of this event is to develop cooperation according to NATO standards and increase the level of interoperability.
Earlier, the US military's Facebook page published several photos of the destroyer from the exercise. Soldiers practiced firing combat bullets.
The destroyer Carney became the first US Navy ship to enter the Black Sea in 2018.
Previously, this ship visited Ukraine as part of the Sea Breeze exercise in July 2017.
