Spain investigates case of two abused dogs

According to Metro,The incident occurred in the city of Ciudad Real.The animal protection center Protectora La Bienvenida Ciudad Real said the two dogs were brought to the center with almost all their hair gone and just skin and bones. They named themThey are Raiz and Tierra.

Two dogs were not exposed to sunlight.bees for so long, that their skin has turned a deep pink color.

"They must have not eaten or drunk anything, at least for several weeks, maybe even months,"Carmen Diaz, a volunteer at the center, said.

This is the caseworst in Diaz's 35 years at the center. CCiudad Real city police are trying to identify the people who threw these two poor dogs onto the street.

However, the investigation is facing difficulties because witnesses said that the license plate of the van had been removed beforehand. They also said that, in addition to Raiz and Tierra, there were still many other dogs locked in the vehicle at the time.

The city police department posted a tweet, calling on people to provide useful information for investigating and arresting criminals.
