Spain investigates case of two abused dogs

According to Metro,The incident occurred in the city of Ciudad Real.The Protectora La Bienvenida Ciudad Real animal protection center said the two dogs were brought to the center with almost all their hair gone and were just skin and bones. They named themThey are Raiz and Tierra.

Two dogs were not exposed to sunlight.bees for so long, that their skin has turned a deep pink color.

"They must have not eaten or drunk anything, at least for weeks, maybe even months,"Carmen Diaz, a volunteer at the center, said.

This is the caseworst in Diaz's 35 years at the center. CCiudad Real police are trying to identify the people who threw these two poor dogs onto the street.

However, the investigation is being hampered by witnesses who said the truck’s license plate had been removed beforehand. They also said that in addition to Raiz and Tierra, there were several other dogs locked in the vehicle at the time.

The city police department posted a tweet, calling on people to provide useful information for investigating and arresting criminals.
