Taylor Swift sues host for sexually harassing her
The singer sat next to her lawyer to confront David Mueller - who was accused of groping her on the red carpet in 2013.
According to CNN, on August 8, the trial of the lawsuit between Taylor Swift and radio host David Mueller took place at the Federal Court in Denver, Colorado, USA. Taylor Swift accused David Mueller of inappropriate behavior, touching her body on the red carpet in 2013.
Meanwhile, David Mueller sued Taylor Swift for making a fuss about the story, causing him to lose his job at KYGO, a CNN affiliate.

Taylor Swift wore a black and white collared dress, black stockings and a beige bag to court. She sat next to her lawyer and listened quietly to the proceedings.
In a civil court hearing, David Mueller insisted that he did not molest Taylor Swift, but only touched her slightly while they were taking pictures. "I felt my hand slightly touching her side or ribs," David Mueller said.
A photo taken by the press on the red carpet was considered evidence at the trial. In the photo, David Mueller has his hand behind Taylor Swift. Gabriel McFarland - the host's representative - said the image was "horrible" but did not show any inappropriate touching of Taylor Swift's dress as alleged.
