| Recently, the Department of Construction of Ninh Thuan province has granted a construction permit for Tower A and B project of Ninh Chu Sailng Bay project invested by TECCO and partners in Ninh Thuan. |

The 4 high-rise towers of Sailing Bay Ninh Chu are designed to resemble 4 sails filled with wind. The project includes 4 40-storey hotel blocks, in front is a 9-storey apartment building combined with a commercial center at the base.
