Cha Lang village in Huu Khuong commune (Tuong Duong) is the most remote area of Tuong Duong district; the majority of the population is Mong ethnic group. Due to the terrain conditions far from the commune center and difficult roads, most of the children here still lack both material and spiritual things. |
