With the goal of organizing spring fairs with more diverse activities, such as combining the Spring Flower Festival and Tet Food Fair, the Organizing Committee has made great efforts to attract businesses to participate, creating a diverse and abundant range of goods, especially focusing on items serving the shopping needs of people during the Lunar New Year, such as dried flowers from Viet Nhat Dried Flower Company, decorative ceramics from Thanh Hanh Ceramics, beer, wine, soft drinks, food, honey, herbal tea... In addition, there are fashion clothing, handicrafts, wooden furniture, electrical and electronic products, motorcycles, construction materials... Mr. Hoang Xuan Hong - Deputy Director of the Nghe An Trade Promotion Center - the unit coordinating with Hanoi Fair and Trade Promotion Joint Stock Company to organize the fair, said: Because this is a fair serving Tet, the goods that businesses will advertise to sell include a lot of food, beverages, and consumer goods, requiring food safety and hygiene standards. The Organizing Committee (BTC) has very strict regulations to ensure consumer rights. When inviting businesses to participate, the BTC sent regulations to each booth, requiring that goods on display have clear origins and meet all mandatory regulations for circulation. Even though participating businesses are not necessarily manufacturers, as registered businesses, they are fully responsible before the law for the quality of their goods. The provincial market management force will regularly conduct inspections and monitoring. In addition, the BTC also coordinates with the provincial fire department, assigning officers to be on duty regularly to ensure fire safety and prevent the introduction of flammable or explosive goods into the fair. The fair also strictly prohibits gambling, violent games, and disguised forms of gambling. Besides checking and controlling the quality of goods, the BTC also has solutions to control prices, aiming to best protect consumer rights at the fair.

With nightly entertainment activities such as lucky draws, cultural and artistic exchanges by artists and singers, fashion shows, circus performances, and folk games, along with numerous promotions, customer gifts, and other trade promotion programs, the fair will truly be a shopping and consumption festival for the people of Nghe An province in the days leading up to Tet.
