Head of VFF Referee Board makes request to referees and assistants in V.League 2023

On the morning of January 6, referees and assistant referees participating in the Northern region training session to prepare for the 2023 national professional tournaments participated in a physical fitness test at My Dinh Athletics Palace. 100% of the participating force completed the requirements. Of the total 59 members participating in this test, there were 14 referees and 16 assistant referees officiated at the V.League; 11 referees and 18 assistant referees will participate in matches of the National First Division.

Head of the Vietnam Football Federation Referee Board Dang Thanh Ha said: “It is rare for a training session to have referees perform as well as this time in their physical fitness test. The good results are not only reflected in the achieved index but also in their physical condition on the field. The referees and assistant referees have prepared very well for this test.”

Mr. Dang Thanh Ha hopes that referees need to continue to cultivate, maintain, and improve their physical condition and fitness, and continue to practice professional skills through observing videos and analyzing situations to prepare for V.League 2023.
