The Association of War Veterans of Quynh Luu District sent its deepest condolences to the families of crew member Tran Van Thien (born in 1964), in village 10, and crew member Dau Ngoc Cam (born in 1958), in village 8, Son Hai Commune. These are two members of the Association of War Veterans of Son Hai Commune who went missing in the recent shipwreck in the Quang Binh sea.
On behalf of the association, comrade Le Van Dien - Chairman of the Association of War Veterans of Quynh Luu district encouraged the families to quickly overcome the pain and loss and stabilize their lives. At the same time, he presented 1 million VND in support from the Association of War Veterans of Quynh Luu district and 2 million VND from the Association of War Veterans of Nghe An province to each family of missing sailors.

(Baonghean.vn) - Hearing the news that a fishing boat sank at the Gianh River estuary (Quang Binh), causing 6 people to fall into the sea, relatives in the fishing village of Son Hai (Quynh Luu) were extremely shocked and worried.
As reported, on the morning of September 5,Fishing vessel with registration number NA93010 TSMr. Cao Van Y, Son Hai commune (Quynh Luu), was staying at Song Gianh port (Quang Binh) and was leaving the port to return to his hometown when the accident happened. At that time, there were 7 crew members on the ship, 5 of whom were fortunately rescued, including: Nguyen Van Thang (29 years old), Pham Van Hoang (26 years old), Le Van Chien, Ngo Van Xo (18 years old), Tran Van Cuong (16 years old). Currently, there are 2 crew members missing: Dau Ngoc Cam (61 years old) and Tran Van Thien (55 years old).
