The 45-year-old green asphalt road is the most beautiful in Con Cuong

(Baonghean.vn) - TThe route from Chau Khe commune to Bai Gao villageThe 45-year-old garden considered the most beautiful in Con Cuong is being paved with asphalt.

Bai Gao village belongs to Chau Khe border commune with 100% Thai ethnic people; recognized as the first provincial cultural village in Con Cuong district in 2000. With many beautiful landscapes, Bai Gao has great potential to develop community tourism, imbued with the cultural identity of the Thai ethnic group. In particular, the most impressive thing for those who come to the village for the first time is the flat road with rustic, simple beauty, both sides of the road are covered with green gardens that are over 45 years old.

This meter garden of 50 households was planted in 1972, now replanted and expanded to about 20 hectares; stretching along a road more than 300m long.

Ms. Lo Thi Tam, a villager, said that every time we came home tired from working in the fields, in the hot sun, everyone and I often sat down to rest in the garden by the roadside. This road is also associated with many memories of our childhood.

Currently, the 2km long Khe Choang - Bai Gao route connecting Cam Lam commune and the left bank communes such as Mau Duc, Don Phuc, Binh Chuan is being upgraded with a total investment of nearly 5 billion VND.

The road started construction in June 2017 and is expected to be completed in October. The road has been put into use to meet the long-standing expectations of the people of Bai Gao village and Cam Lam commune.
