(Baonghean.vn) - Regiment 764, under the Military Command of Nghe An province, is responsible for combat readiness training and undertaking many other special tasks.

Regiment 764 under the Nghe An Provincial Military Command is located in Vinh city. The regiment is responsible for training, combat readiness, natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, forest fire response, training of target 3 and performing tasks assigned by superiors. Photo: Duc Anh

Currently, Regiment 764 has 3 battalions, of which Battalion 1 has 18 officers, 24 professional soldiers, 94 soldiers; the remaining 2 battalions consist of mobilized reserve troops. Photo: Duc Anh
