When the project was facing difficulties, on the night of August 2, the project team received important information from the detectives when they discovered a young man with many suspicious signs traveling by taxi to Nghi Xa commune. The detectives focused on monitoring all movements of the subject. When the taxi arrived at the boarding house of Mr. Nguyen Duy Son, hamlet 11, Nghi Xa, the detectives lost track of him.

After many hours of implementing professional measures, there was a suspicious subject. Quickly verifying the identity, the Task Force obtained information that the subject was Vo Bay (born in 1990), residing in Hamlet 9, Dien Tho Commune, Dien Chau. Bay's wife is working as a worker in the Nam Cam Industrial Park and is staying at the boarding house of Mr. Nguyen Duy Son.

In addition, it is also known that Bay is a long-term drug addict. Before returning to his hometown, Bay worked as a hired hand in Ho Chi Minh City. However, recently, Bay often went to Nam Cam Industrial Park to visit his wife, but only went to his wife's room to play and left at midnight.

While the investigation was underway, on the morning of August 3, Nghi Loc District Police continued to receive a report from Ms. Ngo Thi Hong (born in 1992), residing in Yen Thanh District, that in the early morning of August 3, 2017, when she returned to her room from work, she discovered that her black Wave Anphal motorbike with license plate number 37P1-9676 parked in front of Mr. Nguyen Duy Son's boarding house had disappeared.

At the investigation agency, Bay confessed to all his actions. Bay said he had no money to buy drugs and his wife was about to give birth, so he was in dire straits and thought of a way to steal property.

Realizing that the workers' dormitories often had many people coming and going but the gates were not locked, the motorbikes were only locked with no one watching, so he bought a lock-breaking tool to act. Late at night, he went to his wife's room and waited for her to fall asleep, then put on a sun-protective jacket, a hat, a mask and went to commit the crime.

In just 2 weeks, he successfully carried out 3 motorbike thefts and sold them to Dang Hoang (born in 1985), residing in Hamlet 15, Dien Loc, Dien Chau and Phan Minh (born in 1989), residing in Hamlet 14, Dien Loc, Dien Chau to get money for drug use. Hoang and Minh, although knowing that the motorbike was stolen by Bay, were greedy and bought it back at a cheap price and then sold it to someone else.

The case is currently under further investigation./.
