When she gave birth to her second child, her body became even fatter, weighing 62 kg. When her second child was one year old, she started a weight loss plan to regain her figure by going to the gym every day. At first, she was confused about what exercises to do, only running on the treadmill and doing abdominal exercises, which were not effective. Many times she was discouraged and wanted to give up, her flabby body was the motivation to help her work out diligently.
The mother from Hanoi began to learn about exercise techniques and a reasonable diet. She was further instructed by the trainers. After four months of persistent training, her body changed significantly: her body fat decreased, her body became firmer, her stomach was slimmer and especially her stomach had grooves and abdominal muscles. Currently, she weighs 52 kg and is 1.6 m tall.
Currently, Ms. Thu exercises six times a week, each session is 90 minutes, at the end of each session she spends 20 minutes on abdominal exercises. She notes that before exercising, she should warm up and stretch to avoid injury.

In addition to a reasonable diet and exercise, you should get enough sleep to help increase muscle mass, drink plenty of water, and always keep your mind relaxed.
