October - Digital Consumer Month

“October - Digital Consumer Month" is an annual activity starting from 2022 as part of the series of activities of the Action Month in response to the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10 every year. Based on the theme of the National Digital Transformation Day in 2023 is "Mining digital data to create value”, activities in “October - Digital Consumption Month” in 2023 focus on promoting the creation and exploitation of digital data to create value to serve social needs.
Activities of “October - Digital Consumption Month” this year include:
- The government is making efforts to improve the quality of online public service delivery.
- Enterprises (not limited to domestic and foreign enterprises) strive to bring production and business activities to the digital environment; build digital platforms to serve people; provide digital products and services to serve social needs; have preferential policies to promote people to use digital products and services.
- The community digital technology team strives to "go to every alley, knock on every door, and guide each person" on the skills to use online services, shop online, make online payments, and protect themselves from dangers and risks in the digital environment.
- People enjoy preferential policies when using digital products and services.
“October - Digital Consumer Month” 2023 will take place from October 1 to October 31, 2023, peaking in10days from October 1 to October 10, 2023. In “October - Digital Consumer Month", businesses implement preferential policies for consumption of digital products and services and post and publicly announce them on the business's electronic information pages/portals and applications (apps) for people to know and use.
