According to witnesses: At approximately 1:30 PM on June 17th, at kilometer 42 on National Highway 46, in Thanh Luong commune, Thanh Chuong district, two young men were riding a motorbike in the direction of Vinh - Do Luong. At that time, the road was deserted with little traffic, so the two young men were driving at high speed. Unable to control their speed, the motorbike crashed directly into the guardrail. As a result, one young man died on the spot, the other sustained serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment, and the motorbike was severely damaged.

It is known that the stretch of road where the accident occurred is a frequent site of tragic accidents with serious consequences.
