On the afternoon of August 9, Thanh Chuong District Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Vinh presented the 70-year Party membership badge to comrade Nguyen Van Duong. Comrade Duong joined the Party on August 26, 1947, was a pre-uprising cadre, participated in revolutionary activities before August 1945, participated in the resistance wars against France and the US, and is now retired in the locality due to old age.
