Vinh City Youth Union: Final round of the first city youth elegance contest

(Baonghean.vn) -The first Vinh City Youth Elegance Contest attracted 130 contestants. After the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee selected 38 outstanding contestants for the final round held on the afternoon of September 21, 2013.

Optional costume contest

Through 3 competitions: Ao Dai, Talent and Self-Selected Costume, the jury selected 15 excellent contestants to enter the final round, held on the evening of September 28, 2013.
