(Baonghean.vn) - The revolutionary song festival with the theme "Marching under the Party flag" and honoring outstanding young party members is the theme organized by Vinh City Youth Union in the cultural exchange program to celebrate the success of the 23rd Vinh City Party Congress, term 2015-2020, which took place on the evening of July 24.
