Vinh City Youth Union launched Youth Month 2016
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 28, Vinh City Youth Union organized the launching ceremony of Youth Month 2016 and launched a peak emulation movement to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the founding of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2016).
