Thanh Hang causes outrage when favoring poor candidates

The audience disagreed with the decision of the host of Vietnam's Next Top Model to keep the contestant who performed poorly in episode 9, aired on the evening of September 11.

Episode 9 brings the challenge of catwalking on many dangerous terrains and taking couple photos expressing happiness on the beach. ContestantsThuy Trang performed poorly in both parts.

In the photo challenge on the beach, she appeared awkward when posing with her co-star Quang Hung - the champion of Vietnam's Next Top Model 2014. Her face wrinkled, her body stiff, unable to express the youthful happiness of the theme.

In the catwalk challenge, contestants must walk and pose continuously on four types of runways: slopes, seesaws, turntables and slippery. Thuy Trang's performance was not called a catwalk but only stopped at climbing, trying to keep her balance so as not to fall. Being busy facing the dangerous runways, she forgot to pose, her face was tense, grimacing and scared. This is a taboo for a model on the catwalk no matter what the incident was. In the previous episode, she was criticized by judge Hoang Thuy and asked to leave because her catwalk was too poor and she refused to learn.

Kim Nha's photo (below) is considered better than Thuy Trang's because it shows youthfulness. In Thuy Trang's photo, the female character poses stiffly, her face tense.

Thuy Trang was in the danger zone with Kim Nha. In both challenges, Kim Nha performed better than Thuy Trang. At the last minute, Thanh Hang decided to eliminate Kim Nha because she wanted to give Thuy Trang another chance.

Thanh Hang's decision upset viewers becauseTime and time again, Thuy Trang was saved but there was no progress. On the contest's fanpage, some nicknames also had similar opinions such as: "Thuy Trang should be eliminated instead of Kim Nha because this girl is really bad in many aspects", "Her face is stiff and"If her catwalk is bad, why keep the show?", "I don't understand why they haven't eliminated the worst girl in the house yet"...
