Thanh Hoa was fined 20 million VND for allowing fans to light flares.

On October 3, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) disciplinary committee fined the organizers of the match between FLC Thanh Hoa and Hai Phong in round 20 of V-League 2017 on September 30 VND20 million for allowing spectators to light flares in the stands.

This is not the only time this season that the VFF disciplinary committee has imposed penalties on stadium organizers for allowing fans to light flares. Most recently, in round 17, the organizers of the Saigon FC match were also fined 20 million VND for allowing FLC Thanh Hoa fans to light flares at Thong Nhat Stadium.
