Thanh Hoa drew with SLNA in an exciting match.
After more than 90 minutes of exciting and captivating play, Thanh Hoa and SLNA drew 0-0 in Round 21 of the V-League 2014.
Despite having little motivation left in the title race, Thanh Hoa is still determined to win against SLNA at home, especially considering the visitors will be without Phi Son and Cong Vinh due to suspensions.
With that determination, Thanh Hoa proactively pushed forward in attack, seeking a goal from the very first minutes. Meanwhile, SLNA had no intention of playing defensively. This resulted in a very high-paced game. However, no truly dangerous opportunities appeared in the first 15 minutes. After the initial minutes of an open, attacking game, the match gradually became a showcase of Thanh Hoa's style as SLNA opted to retreat to ensure solidity in their own half.
With the advantage in terms of possession, Thanh Hoa created several good scoring opportunities, but Quoc Phuong, Nastja Ceh, and Van Tan all failed to capitalize. The first half ended with a 0-0 score.
