Establishment of Party Cell of Hoa Son Agricultural Products Processing Company Limited

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 2, Anh Son District Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the grassroots Party cell of Hoa Son Agricultural Products Processing Company Limited.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; comrades of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee, representatives of departments and branches of Anh Son district.

At the ceremony, comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Secretary of Anh Son District Party Committee presented Decision No. 1644 QD/HU deciding to establish a grassroots Party cell of Hoa Son Agricultural Products Processing Company Limited under Anh Son District Party Committee, including 7 Party members.

Anh Son District Party Committee has appointed Party member Gian Viet Hung - Head of Administration Department as Party Cell Secretary and Party member Cao Xuan Phuong - company statistician as Deputy Party Cell Secretary.

Hoa Son Agricultural Products Processing Company Limited is headquartered in Hoa Son Commune, Anh Son District. The company has been operating stably since October 2015, mainly operating in exploiting and processing agricultural products.

The company has created enough jobs and stable income for more than 180 workers who are ethnic minority children and children from neighboring areas in the raw material area. By April 2017, the company had established a grassroots trade union organization under the Anh Son District Labor Federation.

On behalf of the leaders of Anh Son district, comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council delivered a congratulatory speech and affirmed the consistent policy of the Party and State to consider the private economic sector as an important driving force to promote the country's development, while creating the best conditions for businesses to develop commensurate with their role in the market economy.

The Secretary of the Anh Son District Party Committee also requested that the Company's Party Cell quickly complete the Party Cell's Operating Regulations, proactively coordinate with the Board of Directors and the Company's General Directorate to develop and lead the implementation of the Company's Charter, regulations and coordination regulations. In which, clearly define the working relationship, ensure the political leadership role of the Party organization, Party member leadership, political and social organizations in the enterprise and propagate and mobilize employees to perform well the production and business tasks.

At the same time, do a good job of developing party members; pay attention to recruiting outstanding members of political and social organizations; skilled workers and business managers.

Regularly inspect and supervise party members in complying with the Party's charter, resolutions, and directives; and regulations of higher-level Party committees on what party members are not allowed to do.

In addition, together with the company's leaders, pay attention to leading party members, mobilizing workers to strictly comply with labor discipline, company regulations, regularly study, improve qualifications, promote production and business activities to improve the lives of workers.
