Establish the Nghe An Center for Industry and Trade Development Support and Consulting.

In implementation of Decision No. 2676/QD-UBND dated July 16, 2019, of the People's Committee of Nghe An province approving the Project on reorganizing the organizational structure, streamlining personnel, and restructuring the staff of officials, civil servants, and public employees to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Nghe An Department of Industry and Trade in the period 2018-2021 and subsequent years, on June 10, 2022, the People's Committee of Nghe An province signed Decision No. 1639/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Nghe An Center for Industry and Trade Development Support and Consulting, based on the merger of the Energy Saving Center into the Industrial Promotion and Industrial Development Consulting Center.

The Nghe An Center for Industry and Trade Development Support and Consulting is a public service unit with revenue, whose regular operating expenses are guaranteed by the state. It has legal personality, its own seal, and a separate bank account. The Center is under the direct direction and management of the Department of Industry and Trade, and its function is to serve the state management of the Department of Industry and Trade in its activities.industrial promotion, supporting industries, industrial development consulting, cleaner production in industry and energy saving; providing public services in the fields of industrial promotion, supporting industries, and industrial development consulting.energy savingIn accordance with the law.

The Center for Industrial and Trade Development Support and Consulting has a Director and two Deputy Directors; its specialized departments include the Administrative and General Affairs Department and the Support and Consulting Department. The Center's headquarters are located at 70 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Vinh City, Nghe An Province.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, Director of the Center for Industrial Promotion and Development Consulting, has been appointed as Director of the Center for Industrial and Trade Development Support and Consulting in Nghe An.
