17 year old youth stabbed 4 people, injured and died
Due to a temporary conflict, a 17-year-old boy in Vinh Long was beaten by a group of 4 people using helmets, so he took a knife and committed a serious crime.
On January 30, the Investigation Police Agency of Vinh Long Province Police detained Le Hoang Loi (born 2006, residing in Long Ho district) to investigate the act of murder.

D.VVD (born in 2007) and 3 other people living in Mang Thit district had a conflict with Loi. D. and the 3 people above used helmets to beat Loi.
Loi took the switchblade he was carrying and stabbed D. to death and injured the other three people.
