17 year old boy tricked girl into motel and raped her

On the afternoon of November 21, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghi Loc District Police issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and issue an order to detain Nguyen Hoang Tu (born 2000), residing in Hamlet 13, Nghi Trung Commune, Nghi Loc for rape.

Previously, on the morning of November 15, the Nghi Loc District Police Investigation Agency received a report from Ms. Nguyen Thi Th. (born in 2000), residing in Nghi Xa Commune, Nghi Loc District, with the following content: At about 3:30 a.m. on November 15, 2017, Ms. Th. was asked by a friend in Quan Hanh town to take Ms. Th. from her friend's house to his house by a young man whose name and address were unknown.

On the way, the unknown young man drove Ms. Th. around many places and then to a motel in the Cho Son area, Nghi Thach commune. There, the young man beat and raped Ms. Th.

After receiving the report, considering that the case had signs of crime and was very serious, the Investigation Police Agency - Nghi Loc District Police sent many working groups to participate in the investigation and verification.

Using professional measures, the investigation agency quickly identified Nguyen Hoang Tu, residing in Hamlet 13, Nghi Trung Commune, working as a security guard at a karaoke bar in Quan Hanh Town, as the subject who raped Ms. Th. The crime occurred at the HH motel in Hamlet 2, Nghi Thach Commune, Nghi Loc District.

The authorities issued an emergency arrest warrant for Nguyen Hoang Tu, but he was still in hiding. At 11:30 a.m. on November 15, when Tu appeared in Block 4, Quan Hanh Town, the authorities arranged forces to arrest him. At the investigation agency, Nguyen Hoang Tu confessed to his crime.

Accordingly, at around 3:40 a.m. on November 15, Tu was asked by his friend named Dang Huy C., who was living in Quan Hanh town and was drunk, to come to his house to take Ms. Th. home.

Although asked by his friend, Tu did not follow Dang Huy C's request and drove Ms. Th. from Quan Hanh town through Nghi Dien, Nghi Hoa, Nghi Thuan communes, then around to Nam Cam area, down to Cua Lo town, then to Cho Son area, Nghi Thach commune. Using the excuse that his clothes were wet from the rain, Tu drove Ms. Th. to the HH motel and said he wanted to change his clothes and go home.

Here, Tu rented a room and called Ms. Th. to turn on the light in the room. When Ms. Th. did not come in, Nguyen Hoang Tu grabbed her hand and pulled her into the room.

Th. resisted and called for help, but the motel owner HH thought the two were lovers so he did not react. When he entered the room, Nguyen Hoang Tu locked the door and used force to rape Th.

Currently, the case is being further investigated by the authorities.
