Young man who strangled his biological mother to death gets life sentence
Unable to control himself after drinking alcohol and using drugs, the young man strangled his biological mother to death.

On September 28, the People's Court of Soc Trang province opened a first-instance trial of a criminal case and sentenced Nguyen Thanh Tuan (31 years old, residing in Ward 7, Soc Trang City, Soc Trang) to life in prison for the crime of "Murder".
According to the indictment, on the night of May 4, after drinking alcohol and using crystal meth, Tuan smelled gas in the back of the kitchen so he asked Ms. N.D.H. (53 years old, Tuan's biological mother) to check. An argument broke out between Ms. H. and Tuan.
At that time, Mrs. H. used a bamboo chopstick to stab Tuan in the chest but was pushed down by him. When Tuan left the house first, Mrs. H. followed and used her hand to strangle Tuan's neck.
Due to not being able to control himself, when he had drugs in his system, Tuan turned around and strangled his biological mother to death, then calmly left the house. Afterwards, he went to the police station to surrender and confessed to the incident.
It is known that Tuan is a hired worker and has a criminal record for theft of property.
