(Baonghean.vn) -In anticipation of the 124th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, on May 12th, in Nghe An, the Youth Union of Emulation Cluster No. 5 - Ministry of Public Security held a preliminary review of the first phase of the "Youth of the People's Public Security Force studying and implementing the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho" movement for the period 2013-2015. Attending the conference were representatives from the Department of Party Affairs and Mass Mobilization, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Ministry of Public Security, leaders of the Public Security forces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien Hue provinces, and a large number of youth union members from the Emulation Cluster.

The conference focused on evaluating the strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of the movement "Young People of the People's Police studying and practicing the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho".

The emulation movement "Young People of the People's Public Security studying and implementing the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho" for the period 2013-2015, directed and implemented by the Youth Union of Emulation Cluster No. 5 - Ministry of Public Security, has achieved encouraging results. After nearly a year of implementation in member units within the Cluster, many good models, effective methods, and youth projects have emerged, effectively serving the political task of ensuring security and order and serving the people, such as: apprehending fugitive criminals; helping people eliminate drug-related problems; youth patrol shifts; Saturdays for the people… Volunteer activities for community life, gratitude and charity movements have been promoted, contributing to enhancing the image of the People's Public Security officer as "For the nation, sacrificing oneself; for the people." It can be said that the movement of young police officers studying and implementing the six teachings of President Ho Chi Minh has awakened the spirit of "pioneering, creativity, volunteerism, and meritorious service for national security" among all officers and youth union members, contributing to building a strong provincial police youth union organization in terms of politics, ideology, organization, and activities.
