Young man who raped a girl turns himself in
(Baonghean.vn) - On February 27, Nghia Dan District Police said they were detaining Lang Van Hung, residing in Van hamlet, Nghia Thang commune, Nghia Dan district, to investigate and clarify the case of sexual intercourse with a child.

On February 23, when relatives discovered that their daughter was showing unusual signs, they questioned her and T. said that Hung had just had sex with her.
Lang Van Hung (21 years old), after graduating from grade 9, stayed home to farm with his family. Around the end of 2016, through a friend's introduction and phone number, Hung got to know and often texted LTT (born in 2003), residing in Nghia Thang commune, Nghia Dan district. Currently, LTT is a student at a middle school in the district.
At around 10pm on February 22, T. texted Hung back and forth. The two agreed to meet at Hung's house. Hung invited T. to go to his room to sleep and T. agreed.
The victim’s family reported the incident to Nghia Thang Commune Police. The case was then transferred to Nghia Dan District Police for further investigation.
On February 23, Lang Van Hung went to the Nghia Dan District Police Department to surrender and report his crime.
