On April 18, the People's Procuracy of Do Luong district approved the decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the defendant Nguyen Dinh Tuan (born in 1989, residing in Phu Tho hamlet, Luu Son commune, Do Luong district) for the act of "having sexual intercourse with a child".

According to the investigation, since September 2015, Tuan and Q. (residing in Luu Son commune, Do Luong) met through friends, and during many outings, Tuan and Q. fell in love. After that, Tuan's behavior exceeded the permitted limit, causing Q. to become pregnant unintentionally.

Seeing her child having a stomachache and showing unusual symptoms, Q.'s mother immediately took her child to the doctor and was shocked to hear that Q. was 28 weeks pregnant. Before that, the family also knew that Tuan and Q. had been having an affair but did not think that it would have such consequences as today.

After learning about the incident, the Investigation Police Agency of Do Luong District summoned Tuan for questioning. After collecting enough evidence, the police decided to prosecute the case.

Q. has now given birth to a baby girl. After taking DNA samples from the baby and Tuan for testing, the authorities concluded that Nguyen Dinh Tuan is the baby's biological father.

It is known that both families have completed the wedding procedures for Q. and Tuan.
