The young man was controlled by people and police.

At this time, many people were moving from Xa Dan to Pham Ngoc Thach and discovered a young man who appeared to be high on drugs, holding a knife in his hand, suddenly stabbed the couple, injuring them.

Without stopping, the young man continued to chase many people around. Seeing the young man being reckless and dangerous, many people and the police shouted to chase and control the young man at 78 Pham Ngoc Thach. At this time, the young man was still talking nonsense.

Speaking to the press, Trung Tu Ward Police (Dong Da District) informed that around the same time, the Ward Police received a report from the people about a subject holding a knife causing injuries to a number of passersby. Immediately after that, the functional forces coordinated with the people to control and escort the subject to the police headquarters.
