(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the environmental cleaning festival "Clean day", hundreds of young people and Buddhists of Phat Quang Nghe An enthusiastically participated in environmental protection activities.

On March 20, nearly 300 young people, students, and Buddhists of Phat Quang Nghe An, with the core being Buddhists of Vien Quang Pagoda (Nam Dan), participated in the activity.pick up trash, clean up the environment in 4 localities: Vinh city, Nam Dan town, Dien Chau and Quynh Luu.

In the spirit of working together for the community, volunteers have picked up and collected dozens of tons of garbage along the streets, in parks, on beaches, packed them into bags and carefully transported them to the collection point.
It is known that this year's Clean Day festival took place simultaneously at more than 60 locations nationwide, gathering many Buddhists, teenagers, and students to participate.

Clean Day festival is organized by the Trash Lovers Association with the desire to contribute to cleaning the environment, beautifying the landscape and sending a humane message to everyone: "Vietnamese people do notlittering", raise awareness, join hands to clean up the living environment.
