The 10th Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children in Vinh City took place in a jubilant and excited atmosphere of young team members throughout the city competing to achieve results to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and the reunification of the country and the 125th anniversary of the birthday of beloved Uncle Ho. 125 delegates of Uncle Ho's Good Children, and the chairman, vice chairman of the Council of the Team, and team leaders of the team branches in the city attended.

At the congress, delegates reviewed the glorious history of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers through a carefully choreographed and unique singing and dancing performance, expressing the special affection of the city's young pioneers for Uncle Ho. The young pioneers reported to Uncle Ho the achievements that the Union had achieved in the past time. Typical movements include "Doing a thousand good deeds", "Tran Quoc Toan movement to take care of families with revolutionary contributions", "Lighting up the dreams of Vietnamese children", "I make small plans", "10-point flowers for Uncle Ho"... contributing to educating the young generation about patriotism, compassion, solidarity, striving to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings, becoming good children, good students, good pioneers, good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

Also within the framework of the congress, 125 outstanding Uncle Ho's good children were honored from the grassroots level and were awarded certificates of merit for their achievements in studying and training, being excellent students for many consecutive years, regularly and enthusiastically participating in the work of the Team to become good children of beloved Uncle Ho.
