The remaining two projects are: Urban and social housing area and Commercial service area, office for rent, housing and high-rise apartments, both of the Vietnam-Laos Economic Cooperation Corporation in Hung Hoa and Hung Loc communes.

The reason for the proposed revocation is that the project has been inspected by the Provincial Interdisciplinary Delegation and extended by the Provincial People's Committee; progress is behind schedule compared to the extended schedule.
