Vinh City: More projects from socialization
(Baonghean) - Mobilizing social resources in recent years has contributed to attracting dozens of businesses to participate in investing in urban infrastructure construction in Vinh City.
The A Quang Trung apartment building construction and renovation project, invested by Quang Trung Petroleum Urban Investment Joint Stock Company, started construction at the end of 2015 with a total investment of 1,200 billion VND. After a period of construction, the project is now in the completion stage, preparing to put into use to serve the resettlement of 224 households with 2 buildings CT2A and CT2B serving the migration of houses A1, A2, A5 and A6 in the migration segment of phase 1. Currently, the investor is focusing on speeding up the progress, completing the project before May 19.
Recently, Vinh city also inaugurated Namyangju Korea road with a Korean investment of 20 billion VND.

The Le Mao Street extension construction project phase 2 is invested by Hanoi Housing Development Company.
The project has a total length of 1,200m with a construction boundary of 48m, and an investment value of 70 billion VND. The construction has been completed and the section from Tran Phu intersection to post 89 with a length of 800m has been put into use. Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Company No. 30 invested in the construction under the BT form, i.e. build - transfer and is supervised and managed by the Vinh City Construction Investment Project Management Board.
The remaining 330m section connecting from post 89 to the Vinh riverside tourist road is currently being developed by the city to compensate for site clearance and strive to complete construction in 2017. Mr. Tran Xuan Le - Director of Vinh City Investment and Construction Project Management Board said: Currently, the city is focusing on site clearance and developing a plan to arrange on-site resettlement for 28 households within the construction boundary to soon hand over the site to the investor.
Mr. Le Canh Toan - General Director of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Company No. 30 added: In response to the province and city's call for investment, our company has allocated 1,000 billion VND to invest in the construction of the Quang Trung C area renovation project. The company has focused on material resources, machinery, equipment, and human resources to implement the project. Currently, we are waiting for the city to develop a compensation plan for site clearance and will start construction in the near future.
Recently, Vinh city has had policies to encourage socialization such as land allocation, land lease without bidding, long-term land lease, and loan guarantees for effective projects.

From 2010 to now, the city's people have also contributed nearly 1,900 billion VND to build infrastructure projects in the area, contributing to the city's completion of the National Target Program on new rural construction by the end of 2016.
Mr. Hoang Thanh Tung - Chairman of Nghi Phu Commune People's Committee said: In the past 5 years, Nghi Phu Commune has mobilized the people's internal resources to contribute to the relatively comprehensive construction of new rural areas. The people's contribution to date is more than 20 billion VND, the commune has focused on building rural roads and many other construction projects, contributing to changing the face of rural areas in the area.
In order to concentrate resources to build Vinh City to be worthy of a first-class urban area, an economic, cultural and social center of the North Central region, the city has mobilized maximum investment resources for urban development and improvement. At the same time, there are policies and mechanisms to attract foreign and domestic investors to implement projects, especially key and dynamic projects.
Mr. Ha Thanh Tinh - Vice Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee shared: "In recent times, the city has created policies to attract investment from business organizations and people to invest resources in building technical infrastructure, social infrastructure as well as building new rural areas. Currently, the city is having a policy to encourage investors to develop urban infrastructure, contributing to making Vinh city's appearance more and more spacious, modern, worthy of the North Central region.
