The conference was attended by comrades in the Vinh City Party Executive Committee, secretaries, deputy secretaries, reporters, and social opinion collaborators of the party committees and grassroots party cells; leaders and experts of the departments and offices of mass organizations under the Vinh City Party Committee.

The conference took place in 1 day, focusing on studying and thoroughly understanding 4 topics including: "Some issues on continuing to innovate, reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient"; "Continuing to innovate the organization and management system, improving the quality and efficiency of public service units"; "Strengthening the work of protecting, caring for and improving people's health in the new situation" and "population work in the new situation".

The Vinh City Party Committee requested delegates to uphold a serious spirit, focus on listening, deeply study, and grasp the basic contents of the resolution, especially the new points and core arguments that demonstrate the development of the Party's awareness and theory.

After the conference, Party committees and grassroots organizations must proactively develop plans to organize the study, dissemination and propaganda of the resolution; at the same time, deploy action plans with focus and key points, linked to the implementation of political tasks of each locality and unit; propose measures and make efforts to bring the Resolution into life, creating clear changes in social life./.
