"Lighting up the dreams of Nam Dan youth"

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 9, the Nam Dan District Youth Union organized the program "Lighting up the dreams of Nam Dan youth" in 2016.

This is a program of noble social and humanitarian significance, demonstrating society's concern for the young generation, especially children in difficult circumstances.

Awarding scholarships to poor students who overcome difficulties to study well and students who achieve high results in the "Excellent Team Leader and Talented Star Leader" contest.

Over the years, the program has received deep attention from Party committees, authorities, departments, unions, businesses, philanthropists and the whole society to join hands to help and support children in difficult circumstances, orphans, disabled children, victims of Agent Orange... to overcome difficulties and strive to study well.

Through many forms of mobilization, over the past 4 years, Nam Dan District Youth Union has mobilized over 3 billion VND along with many other meaningful gifts to give to thousands of beneficiaries in the area.

At the ceremony, 53 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, were awarded to poor students who overcame difficulties to study well and to students who achieved high results in the "Excellent Team Leader and Talented Star Leader" contest./.
