Responding to the press about the information that HAGL has expressed interest in buying goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung from FLC Thanh Hoa, coach Duong Minh Ninh said that this matter will be discussed after the 2018 season?
On the afternoon of September 15, HAGL had a practice session at Thong Nhat Stadium to prepare for the match against the home team Ho Chi Minh City. Before this match, HAGL was missing many key players, including the duo Nguyen Van Toan and Zeba Josip, because both had received 3 yellow cards.

Regarding the position of goalkeeper of HAGL, coach Duong Minh Ninh said that goalkeeper Van Truong was injured, and Van Tien had a slight pain so he only practiced outside, the number 3 goalkeeper of the mountain town team, Rmah Suo, practiced with his teammates.
In addition to the above names, HAGL also does not have the service of central midfielder Luong Xuan Truong. Currently, the midfielder from Tuyen Quang is being allowed by the club's leadership to rest at home after surgery for nasal inflammation. It is expected that Xuan Truong will be able to practice again with HAGL in about 10 days.
Talking about the players' spirit after ASIAD 2018 and especially the information about recruiting goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung, coach Duong Minh Ninh said: "In round 21, Thanh Hoa played at Pleiku Stadium, and we happened to meet Bui Tien Dung at Cong Phuong's coffee shop, but we had no intention after that meeting.
