(Baonghean.vn) - News from Nghe An General Hospital said that Mr. Ha Huy Nga (36 years old, residing in Quy Hop) had an accident that almost severed his arm and was discharged home to the great joy of his family.

On July 16, Nghe An General Hospital received emergency treatment for a patient named Nga whose right arm was almost severed after a traffic accident in Quy Hop. Thanks to being brought to the hospital and undergoing emergency surgery in time, doctors at Nghe An General Hospital were able to reattach the patient's arm, fix the bones, connect blood vessels and tendons, saving the arm and preserving her life.

Up to now, the patient's health has stabilized. Initially, the reattached arm has shown positive results. It is expected that in the near future, the patient will be able to return home to rest and prepare well for surgery to reconnect the missing nerve in the arm and practice motor rehabilitation.
