VFF is promoting the re-invitation of "old man" Le Huy Khoa as a language assistant for coach Park Hang-seo in the 2020 U23 Asian qualifiers.

According to the above information, VFF has reached an agreement with Mr. Le Huy Khoa - Principal of Kanata Korean Language School, to return as a language assistant for Coach Park Hang-seo in the 2020 U23 Asian qualifiers.

However, VFF has not officially commented on this matter. VFF General Secretary Le Hoai Anh said: "Whether or not we will invite Mr. Le Huy Khoa to be a language assistant for Coach Park Hang-seo, we cannot announce at this time. VFF will inform Coach Park's assistant team as soon as possible."

Previously, Mr. Huy Khoa had been an assistant to Coach Park in the 2018 U23 Asian Cup and the 2018 Asian Games. However, before the 2018 AFF Cup, due to the controversy related to the internal information revealed by Mr. Huy Khoa in a book, the VFF was not satisfied. Therefore, the VFF decided not to invite this assistant to the national team, but to find another person to replace him, Mr. Phan Duy Tuan.

Assistant Le Huy Khoa returned to the team as an interpreter for coach Park.

But before the 2020 U23 Asian qualifiers, many sources said that VFF invited Mr. Huy Khoa to reunite with Coach Park in the above campaign. Responding to the press, Mr. Le Huy Khoa said he was ready to accept the offer, wanting to contribute to the country's football but still only working part-time.

Along with inviting back assistant Le Huy Khoa, VFF has parted ways with Brazilian fitness coach Willander Fonseca. The reason is that Mr. Fonseca is busy taking a coaching course A in Cambodia right at the time of the 2020 U23 Asian qualifiers, so he has asked to terminate his contract with VFF.

VFF also invited coach Dinh Hong Vinh, an "old man" of HAGL, to support coach Park Hang-seo professionally, but only during the 2020 U23 Asian qualifiers.

According to the plan, U23 Vietnam will gather on March 6 in Hanoi. Coach Park Hang-seo and his team will have about half a month to practice before entering the qualifying round against Brunei (March 22), Indonesia (March 24) and Thailand (March 26).
