6 more employees of Truong Sinh Company have Covid-19, the whole country has 194 cases
This morning, March 30, the Ministry of Health announced that it had recorded 6 new cases of Covid-19 at the outbreak site of Truong Sinh Company Limited, a service provider for Bach Mai Hospital, bringing the total number of cases in Vietnam to 194.
CASE 189 (BN189):Female patient, 46 years old, address in Tan Quang, Nong Cong, Thanh Hoa, is an employee of the boiling water delivery department of Truong Sinh Company Limited at departments/rooms of Bach Mai Hospital.
The patient lives in the same house as two people who worked at the same company and tested positive for SARS-CoV-2. In the past 2 weeks, the patient has not traveled far from the hospital grounds. On March 25, 2020, the patient developed symptoms of cough, sore throat and fever.
On March 28, 2020, the patient was transferred to quarantine at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Dong Anh facility, and the specimen was sent to the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology. Currently, the patient is being quarantined at the National Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Dong Anh facility, and his health condition is stable.
CASE 190 (BN190):female patient, born in 1971;
CASE 191 (BN191):female patient, born in 1984;
CASE 192 (BN192):female patient, born in 1997;
CASE 193 (BN193):female patient, born in 1999;
CASE 194 (BN194): female patient, born in 1978.
Information about these cases will be updated by the Ministry of Health later.
Also this morning, the Ministry of Health said that due to confusion about information, it sent new information about case 184.
CASE 184 (BN184): Female patient, 42 years old, address in Dien Van, Dien Chau, Nghe An, is an employee in the sales and hot water delivery department of Truong Sinh Company Limited at the canteen and departments/rooms of Bach Mai Hospital.
The patient lives in the same house with 2 people working in the same company who tested positive for SARS-CoV 2 virus. In the past 2 weeks, the patient has not gone far from the hospital campus.
On March 28, 2020, the patient developed a cough. On the same day, the patient was transferred to the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Dong Anh, and the sample was sent to the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology. Currently, the patient is being isolated at the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Dong Anh, and his health condition is stable.
