At around 7:30 p.m. on September 19, in Ky Nam hamlet, Ky Son commune, Tan Ky district, an electric shock incident occurred, killing a 9-year-old girl. The victim was NTTU (born in 2014), a 3rd grade student at Ky Son Primary School, Ky Son commune.
Initial information, at that time, NTTU and everyone went to a neighbor's house to attend a wedding. While having fun at the wedding, NTTU got caught in an exposed electrical wire, causing an electric shock to the iron frame of the wedding tent, causing NTTU to be sucked into the iron frame supporting the tent.
At that time, NTTU's cousin saw that and ran to pull NTTU away from the pole, but was also electrocuted and thrown backwards. Immediately after that, the family turned off the power and took the victim to the emergency room, but NTTU was confirmed dead.
The family has organized NTTU's funeral according to local customs.
