Disciplinary action against Mr. Bui Hong Minh - Deputy Minister of Construction

The decision clearly states: Disciplinary action in the form of Warning against Mr. Bui Hong Minh - Deputy Minister of Construction due to violations in work and the Central Inspection Commission has disciplined the Party; the disciplinary period is calculated from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1006-QD/UBKTTW dated June 19, 2023 of the Central Inspection Commission.

* From June 12 to 15, 2023, the Central Inspection Commission held its 29th session. Based on Party regulations, the Central Inspection Commission decided to issue a disciplinary warning to Mr. Bui Hong Minh - Member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy Minister of Construction, former member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, former Party Secretary, former Chairman of the Board of Members, former General Director of Vietnam Cement Corporation.

Previously, at the 26th session at the end of February, the Central Inspection Committee reviewed the results of handling the accusation against Mr. Bui Hong Minh - Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Construction, former Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, former Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members, General Director of Vietnam Cement Corporation.

The Central Inspection Committee found that Mr. Bui Hong Minh, in his positions, violated the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations, things that party members are not allowed to do, and the responsibility to set an example in leadership, direction, and management of production, business activities, and personnel work; there is a risk of losing investment capital.

The violations of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Vietnam Cement Corporation and Mr. Bui Hong Minh have affected the reputation of the Party organization and the Vietnam Cement industry, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered.
