At the Nguyen Duy Trinh High School (Nghi Loc District) exam site, candidates were present from early afternoon to complete the high school exam procedures. Outside the school gate, there were 5 tables to measure body temperature, distribute masks, and spray hand sanitizer for candidates before entering the exam site. Ms. Trinh Thi Dieu Thuy - Head of the examination site of Nguyen Duy Trinh High School said that this year's examination site has 544 candidates taking the exam, in 24 examination rooms.

In addition, there are 6 spare examination rooms in case of social distancing. There are 56 invigilators, 3 inspectors from the Ministry of Education and Training and 2 inspectors from the Nghe An Provincial Examination Steering Committee.

In the 2020 High School Exam, Nghia Dan district has 1 testing site at 1/5 High School with 680 candidates taking the exam, including 31 testing rooms (including 2 backup testing rooms).

At the exam site, candidates had their temperature taken, washed their hands with sanitizer, and were given free masks before entering the exam room. Candidates listened to the exam invigilators explain the exam regulations and reviewed all of their exam registration information to promptly detect any errors and immediately report them to the exam council for correction and supplementation.

On the afternoon of August 8, 1,317 candidates inTan Ky districtwere present at 3 examination locations including Tan Ky High School, Tan Ky 3 High School and Le Loi High School to complete the examination procedures. Previously, the People's Committee of Tan Ky district directed the examination councils to fully prepare facilities and equipment to ensure requirements for Covid-19 epidemic prevention such as: hand washing places, soap, antiseptic solutions, body temperature measuring devices, spare masks, spare examination rooms, medical rooms, adequate medicine, essential medical equipment and arrange security forces at examination sites.

At each testing site, 5 medical staff have been assigned to measure body temperature twice a day, and to distribute free masks to candidates and invigilators. Up to this point, Tan Ky district has completed preparations, creating the best conditions for the 2020 high school graduation exam to take place on August 9 and 10 as scheduled.

Along with candidates taking the high school graduation exam in the province, the candidatesXiangyang Districtwent to Tuong Duong 1 High School exam site to complete exam procedures.

According to the records, before entering the room to complete the procedures, all candidates were required to wash their hands with sanitizer, have their temperature measured and receive free medical masks. After that, candidates went to the examination room to declare their health, listen to the regulations, correct any errors (if any) and listen to the regulations and schedule of the examination.

At the Do Luong 2 High School exam site, body temperature measurement and hand sanitization were carried out seriously. Candidates with higher than normal body temperatures were asked by medical staff to have their body temperature measured again. 100% of candidates at the exam site wore masks and complied with the medical staff's body temperature measurement.

The 2020 high school graduation exam in Thai Hoa town has 1,006 candidates taking the exam at 3 testing locations: Thai Hoa High School; Tay Hieu High School and Dong Hieu High School. Accordingly, Thai Hoa has arranged 45 testing rooms. In addition, the testing locations have also arranged waiting rooms and spare rooms.

In particular, because this year's exam took place in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic re-emerging and becoming more complicated, candidates were also fully equipped with knowledge about Covid prevention before, during and after the exam.

At the examination sites, candidates as well as invigilators had their temperature taken by medical staff and the volunteer youth team supporting the examination season of Thai Hoa town, were given medical masks and instructed to wash their hands with antiseptic before entering the examination room.

In the context of the complicated developments of the COVID-19 epidemic, if candidates show unusual health symptoms such as cough or fever, they must promptly report to the examination council to be arranged and assigned to take a separate exam in a backup examination room.

At the examination sites, there are two backup examination rooms fully equipped with invigilators, security guards, and examination inspectors... ready to organize separate examination rooms for candidates if there is a need for social distancing.

Thus, tomorrow, August 9, the whole province will have 31,200 candidates officially entering the 2020 high school graduation exam./.
