Excavator driver's body found under sewer

(Baonghean.vn) – People exercising discovered a man driving an excavator dead in a sewer with his motorbike.

The area where the excavator driver's body was found is on National Highway 48C, through Yen Hoa commune, Tuong Duong district.

Mr. Lo Thai Sinh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yen Hoa Commune, Tuong Duong District, Nghe An confirmed and said that in the early morning of October 23, a resident exercising in Ban Coc was shocked to discover the body of a man on a motorbike in a sewer on National Highway 48C.

Immediately after receiving the news, Yen Hoa Commune Police promptly arrived to block off and protect the scene and report to the authorities.

Immediately afterwards, the body was identified as Nguyen Van Cat, born in 1987, from Thuong Son, Do Luong.

According to people living near the scene, Mr. Cat works as an excavator driver and has worked in the area for many years. From last night until early this morning, the area was quiet, with no unusual occurrences. "This is an unusual case because that stretch of road is quite deserted and it is not a sharp turn," said Mr. Lo Thai Sinh.

Currently, authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
