Cattle and buffaloes sourced from the communes of Tri Le, Nam Nhoong, Quang Phong, Cam Muon, Chau Thon, Thong Thu, Hanh Dich, etc., are sold to the market. The high demand is driven by consumers who want to process them into "dried meat" (meat jerky) for sale, a specialty dish of the ethnic minority communities in the mountainous regions during Tet (Lunar New Year).
