At the ceremony, delegates, all teachers and hundreds of students donated to the town's scholarship fund to help those in difficult circumstances to excel in their studies.
On this occasion, the Cua Lo Town Education Promotion Fund presented gifts to students and teachers in difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies and teaching; and awarded 10 million VND to the Nghi Hai Primary School Education Promotion Fund.
